SavvyCan for a Multiplexed message

Hello, not sure correct forum but here we go. I am fairly new to creating dbc but trying to understand how to determine the multiplexor, who is multiplexed, and how to define in my dbc where the signals are in the data packets. I am not even sure where to start. Understand byte one is the control byte, but not sure how to setup and how to identify my second signals LSB which is part of packets 1 and the MID, MSB, are part of the second packet..
