loader not showing when async = false #164

Hi all,

I tested to use example code (http://techlaboratory.net/projects/demo/jquery-smart-wizard/v6/ajax#step-1) and add async: false in $.ajax , the loader cannot be shown, can anyone teach me how to show loader when async=false?
