No glossary

The readme file mentions that there should be a pre-populated glossary. I tried this 2 times but the glossary was not deployed.

@sdebruyn - Can you please:

1. Go to the Azure Portal
2. Navigate to the resource group which the demo environment was deployed to
3. On the left-hand side menu, click Deployments

Do you see any failed deployments? If so, can you share the error message in this thread.

1 succeeded Deployment. All deployment details say either OK or Created

Hmm, I believe I was able to reproduce your issue... However, running it again afterwards I was able to successfully deploy with no issue. It appears to be intermittent. Can you try it again and confirm that you are able to reproduce this issue consistently?
