Why are there multiple versions of the gitops action workflow file?

Why are there differing versions of the workflow file on the [main wiki](https://tailscale.com/kb/1306/gitops-acls-github?tab=api+key#set-up-your-gitops-configuration), this repo, and within the [Tailscale repo](https://github.com/tailscale/tailscale/tree/main/cmd/gitops-pusher)?

What is the source of truth?
