Duplicate tabs added when sending a session to a window #148

First off, this all normally works as expected, love the extension!
The issue I am consistently having is that whenever my browser crashes or I have to do a reboot and lose my Chrome history, I need this plugin to restore the last saved session.
However, whenever I do this and whether I open it in the current window, or send it to a new browser window, it creates duplicates of every single tab within each tab group - so I have to spend a lot of time deleting half of them.
This is reproducible consistently.
You can also see this doubling happen when you click the 3 dots next to a session and view the context menu. One of them will be "send X open tabs to session". This value is always twice the number of tabs listed for this session.
I've also seen (more occasionally) that the tabs get put in backwards.
