Upgrade Rector requirements

I'd like to update Rector to v2 in one of my projects, but this part isn't yet ready for v2. Do you plan to support v2, or is this ruleset to be phased out? It hasn't seen much activity within the last two years

@NicoHaase we will support rector v2. If you want you can give it a try to update not sure if there where lot of bc breaks in rector.

I am not very familiar with it, but I have created a merge request for it: #29
