Tacox plugin: Sequence mismatches on multiple scaffold on random sequence

Affects:
tacox plugin:
Cadnano design files with multiple scaffold strands, double stranded sections that use the scaffold

Problem:

• It is only possible to select a single scaffold sequence.
• either if a single sequence is selected or the random sequence is used
  the sequences of the other scaffold bases will be completely random, not matching the staple strands (see picture: first scaffold with correct pairs (green), second scaffold with mismatches (red)

Expected behaviour:
the tacox plugin should not silently create mismatching duplexes.

• either assign matching random sequences for other then the first scaffold
• or disallowing designs in the multiple scaffolds altogether
