Add LateX support

I propose a system similar to my suggestion for Mermaid, but for adding LaTeX. This would be a useful feature for teachers or researchers, for example.

The system is simple:

• We can add a "LateX" block.
• A simple click on the block opens a pop-up window for editing the LateX code.
• Clicking "Validate" updates the formula.

Maybe add inline latex support as well? Using standard latex delimiter is ok.

I’ve considered it in the evolution of the function. It might be worth prioritizing if there’s enthusiasm for the inline!

This is an awesome idea! I am new to the docs community and the first thing I've searched for is the latex support. Do we have any updates on this topic?
