Describe the solution you'd like
If someone shares a link with me for which I have no access, I should get a page with a button to request access. Which triggers an email to the doc admins which contains a button to give editor access to the doc.

Hey @rl-83 can you paste your figma link in here ?
I thought of a edge case, you might have access as a reader but need to access as an editor or even more.
Now you can't even see who to ask because you don't have the permission info.
What do you think we should do ?
