Getting error on running preprocess_celebA.ipynb #2

I am getting an error "No such file or directory: 'celeba_data/list_attr_celeba.csv'" on running the cell for creating the background and target ids.

I am able to download the dataset, but the mentioned file is not there in the extracted folder.

Kindly check and let me know.
