Make provisional budget

We need to create budget for how much all this will cost. I would like to have two budgets to submit for approval to the board, and to use to guide fundraising efforts.

1. The first budget should include only things which we can't get any other way but by buying them (things like printed packets for attendees to take home, name badge stickers, etc.).
2. The second budget should be more aspirational/inspirational and include everything we'd like to have if we can get the funding. For instance, I'd like to pay people for their help contributing to this team, hiring consultants/subject matter experts to review our training materials, on-site childcare, etc.
