I like the idea of this and the similar ones as far as automated cleanup of stuff that shouldn't be left on the system by naughty installers.
BUT, I feel like the creation time of the files should be taken into account so that it doesn't try to delete files from an installer that is in the middle of installing something.
now - creation time of folder "" > 8*hour
