this Discussion is a place where we can brainstorm what to do with it

idea:

we could set a global workspace by adding a new Cargo.toml to the root of the project

cons:

• we would need to remove workspace roots from roles/Cargo.toml, utils/Cargo.toml, protocols/Cargo.toml, benches/Cargo.toml, while unifying all workspaces into ./Cargo.toml
• we would need to fix the CI scripts, since a lot of them start from the assumption that we have separate workspaces

pros:

• crates.io/crates/stratum would resolve to the crate available at github.com/stratum-mining/stratum
• we would follow the same standard as LDK and BDK, and rust-bitcoin
