Auto-renewal checkbox missing level cost text if the level has Variable Pricing

Describe the bug
When this plugin is used together with the Variable Pricing Add On, no level cost is shown on the auto-renewal checkbox at checkout

To Reproduce

1. Create a level with both variable pricing and auto-renewal
2. Go to the level's checkout page and check the auto-renewal section
