[Firmware] Changing VCAL2 -> VCAL1 from higher to lower value requires connection to be disconnected and reconnected

Changing VCAL2 -> VCAL1 from lower to higher value works. Changing from higher to lower value will retain original value unless connection is disconnected and re-established in between each change. Similar to changing clock settings in #7 although changing this variable do not require power cycling as well as re-establishing the connection.
