🐛 [Bug]: AI Resume Analyzer shows "SYSTEM ERROR: PROJECT OFFLINE" when opened

📝 Description

When clicking on the AI Resume Analyzer project, the modal shows a "SYSTEM ERROR: PROJECT OFFLINE" error instead of the actual resume analyzer interface.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the web app
2. Go to Utilities section
3. Click on "AI Resume Analyzer" card
4. Modal opens with error message

🎯 Expected Behavior

The AI Resume Analyzer interface should load with file upload, analysis button, and score display.

Hi @Alvi24-hub,

I would like to contribute to this issue under GSSoC'26.

From my understanding, the Resume Analyzer modal is being opened successfully, but the application fails to initialize the underlying project and displays a "PROJECT OFFLINE" error. I plan to trace the initialization flow, identify the failing component, and implement a robust fix while ensuring existing functionality remains unaffected.

I would be grateful if you could assign this issue to me.
