[Mobile] Fail to sync my profile (or any new profile)

Description

I've tried the profile sync with 3 scenarios. All of these failed.

1. Old and heavy account - I'm trying to sync my profile from desktop (d48c22c34f16b5cc4a95ba7202671e806b25f13b) to mobile (same commit). It fails with the error below

sql: Scan error on column index 6, name "verification_status": converting driver.Value type int64 ("-828766740") to a uint64: invalid syntax

2. Old and heavy account - Release version for desktop + latest master for android. But this time desktop doesn't throw an error. Just silently loading while mobile sync fails.

3. New account with Status community + latest master for desktop - Mobile crashes

Ok, it seems to be a some overflow in the verification_status. Fixed by manually updating the DB

New account with Status community + latest master for desktop - Mobile crashes

We're using an uninitialized filterManager https://github.com/status-im/status-go/blob/develop/messaging/waku/gowaku.go#L972

@osmaczko maybe something here catches your attention. Looks like the filterManager is uninitialized on Subscribe. Probably this crash is only on mobile because we're using the LightClient. Maybe we're missing the Start before this addSymmetric call.
