Revision 1 - Pin a message

Hi @shamisem - We need to update this article:

• Include information about who can pin messages in channels. Community owners can configure this options using the "Any member can pin a message" option (see https://help.status.im/en/status-communities/permissions-by-role-in-status-communities/)
• Where it says "this will say N, where N ...", don't use a bold typeface for "N", use a monospace typeface, please.
• You start saying "You can pin important information in group chats ...", and I need to read the second paragraph to understand that this does not only applies to group chats. Maybe we need to remove "group chats" from the first sentence?
