Add a "copy link to this article" at the end of every topic

Because many of the Status app users will use smartphones, we should make it easy for them to copy and share links to documentation resources in Status Help.
In addition, the topics will be presented using a drawer control and not full screen, so users might be unable to find the topic URL.
