test all coefs

Making a note to myself to circle back about a previous issue I had using test_all_coefs (?). Maybe I set it as false and then gave it indices, and it still tested all of them? I need to make a MWE, post here, and fix.

Posting this so I can finally throw out the tiny post-it note on which I noted the issue weeks ago.

@adw96 is test_all_coefs still a feature of radEmu? If so, lmk if you want me to take a look at this issue!
