[TEST] Data plane end-to-end testing for IPMI and Redfish

We still lack the e2e testing for the data plane, i.e., virtual machine interaction via IPMI (and Redfish, hopefully).

We already have the e2e testing for setting up KubeVirtBMC on a disposable cluster backed by KinD. The real challenge here is that I'm unsure how to "KubeVirt-lize" it. We need to be able to run some virtual machines in order to test the results of poking the IPMI and Redfish endpoints.
