[enhancement]: Export webui settings in toml format

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

We deploy using Ansible, and prefer to have all our application configurations versioned and stored in one location. Obviously, the webui is needed for some things, but we'd love to be able to put everything that might be constant from server to server in our clusters into the config file and deploy it automatically.
