Adapt poi layers preparation script: should support keys containing colons

• The detail page for recycling should contain the name of the recycling site, if there is one

• If possible to implement with little effort, it should also contain the things that can be recycled, so the user can distinguish e.g. glasscontainers, containers for clothing etc.

To add the name, I added it in the POI-Layers-Sheet in column "Eigenschaft en", where it was missing.

Adding info about the things to collect requires a change to the poi layers preparation script. I.e. it needs to support keys containing colons.
