sample-app should have ability to pickup core jars locally if required with pom.xml changes

We need to have commented pom.xml code lines in sample-app to pickup core jar files from local dev machine rather than currently it picks them up from git central repo.

without local testing, it can lead to lots of confusing changes for sample-app when core is changed.. hence we need to ask every developer to make sure sample-app does not break with any core changes..
