Modernize the view technologies section

As follow-up of #35430 and related to #35446, the view technologies section should be refined like the MVC config section was, to:

• Use references to distinct source code files
• Provide Java, Kotlin and XML code snippets with Java displayed by default.
• Remove @EnableWebMvc to improve Spring Boot friendliness
