Pin Antora's node installation to use 24.14.x

We're seeing [crashes in node on Windows](https://ge.spring.io/s/cczdd4w3ubusi/failures#1) when running Antora. This appears to coincide with the release of 24.15.0 and the crashes are similar to those reported in [this issue](https://github.com/nodejs/node/issues/62991).
