When I provision multiple signalfx_aws_integration using the same signalfx_aws_external_integration, only one of those signalfx_aws_integration are actually running. The API accepts all provisioned integrations, but we only see one of them ingested and available in the UI.

Please update the docs and validate the templates by this behavior.

I'd love to see this working though, as we have many cases where we want some AWS resources' CloudWatch metrics to be ingested from different regions and with different poll rates.
