Check if the ssd1306 drawBitmap fix is needed for the ch1120

The recent fix for the gr1306 probably needs to be applied to the grch1120 driver, but this needs verification.

The fix is here - making sure the width is zero based:

Once checked/verified - we can roll a new version of this library.

Before adding the fix, using Paul's test program from #21, I don't see any corruptions.

However, after adding the fix from #26, and running through that test program and the examples, everything still seems to be working as expected. So we might as well add this fix to the ch1120 driver as well for symmetry.
