when you click altars/hand labellers/etc it wont let you type.
you can fix it temporarily by just clicking a bunch and it lets you type

repro
1 open text box ui
2 try to type
3 dont work

could have sworn there were multiple PRs that addressed this issue including #31833

I've found the most consistent "fix" is to grab the UI window and drag it a little, then it works fine until you close and reopen the dialogue window at which point it happens again.
