It'd be nice to see more regular updates (or to have the option, at least) when sketching large genomes. I hate watching big jobs run silently :)

Hmm - it's funny, I thought 1% reporting was even excessive, because I was mostly doing small microbial genomes. How much more often would you prefer?

maybe we can make it configurable, or something? Or provide a verbose option?
