with the advent of more euk databases, we are going to have to distribute taxonomies for them - @bluegenes has already done so for plants, for example.

it seems like it might be as simple as, provide spreadsheet... so I guess we'll just need to make sure the lineages building code works for euks as well. looks like Tessa's script here does that. Cool! I'll have to give it a try.
