Problems when chaging GitHub's username #642

Hi, there! I hope you are doing well.
Some months ago I changed my GitHub username from jopcmelo to joaopcm. Since then, I can't refresh or update my Sourcerer profile because every time I try to log in on Sourcerer I get the following error message:
