Improve Date Fun Facts parsing

Hi,

I have made 3 commits on the following dates:

• 25 Feb 2018, 23:03 EET
• 26 Feb 2018, 00:10 EET
• 26 Feb 2018, 00:37 EET

On the sourcerer.io site I see the following Date Fun Facts:

• I commit my code at morning
• My most productive days are Mondays

I would expect to see it this way:

• I commit my code at night
• My most productive days are Sundays

Do you think would be possible to adjust the parsing logic in the following way ?

• morning to start at 06:00
• previous day night to end at 05:59
  • e.g. 25 Feb 2018 Sunday 03:00 to be parsed as -> Saturday night
