Observed in CASSbase/test.cassbase.

At the bottom of the 'Transformation Project Detail' section, there is an option to 'Delete Transformation Project or Transformation ID.' However, neither option is functioning as expected, nothing is being deleted. Instead of deletion, the intended action should be to mark entries as obsolete.

With the current version of the transformation tool, I only implemented deletion function for transformation project (when there is no associated transformation ID in the project). For the transformation IDs, we need to discuss if we would like to have the transformation ID completely removed from the database, marked as obsoleted, or marked as discarded.

Note: obsolete option is used only for accessions. For experiment types such as transformation, users can either update status or delete from the database. Deletion option is used to completely remove the entry from the database.
