Firewall upgrading doesn't work well.

I'm not sure if it's my logic, or if it's because the loop has a long delay and we're constantly stopping and starting, but I got to <20 last night, and still had 10 on all firewalls.

The bot should upgrade all firewalls to max, then start upgrading the miners as i always get attacked and lose money quickly

That's certainly the intent, just isn't actually happening. I suspect it's an issue with the loop.
