With omerbenamram/pyo3-file#7 (comment) merged, we no longer need to use my patched branch of pyo3-file and can go back to using the official package.

But note that #50 would, if merged, get rid of the dependency on pyo3-file anyway, replacing it with a homegrown wrapper.
