Better name for Rust package?

maturin's default is to name the Rust extension package the same as the Python package but place it inside of it. So for us it's json_stream_rs_tokenizer.json_stream_rs_tokenizer, which looks stupid. Is there a better way?

As in #3, perhaps it makes sense to open an issue on their end and ask for better defaults.
