Issune in Event/Interaction tracker salesforce package

Hi,
We have installed a Event Tracking unmaged package on Full Copy sandbox (cs16 
instance). We are not able to open any visual for pages from that package.
Every time we click to open the page, the page shows up get redirected to URL 
"https://local--history.cs16.visual.force.com/apex/.html?0="
and the error shown is 

The name can only contain underscores and alphanumeric characters. It must 
begin with a letter and be unique, and must not include spaces, end with an 
underscore, or contain two consecutive underscores. 

We verified the behavior on other sandbox which is a developer sandbox(cs 14 
instance) and the same pages works fine. We also verified on developer 
instances and there also it works fine. Not sure but seems like it has to do 
something with server instance. Can you please look in to this.

Package Name=Event/Interaction Tracker

Try to open any VF page = EIT_Timeline, EIT_Timeline_Contact, 
EIT_Timeline_Account
This will throw error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Page should open


What version of the product are you using? On what browser and what
operating system? I am using version 1.24
