Advice on handling large attachment files if using this plugin?

I have some attached PDFs ranging from 10MB to 60MB, which cannot be synced using this plugin.
I understand it to be a limitation on Github's side (paying for github would be wasted for me)

Currently I'm using a cloud storage for syncing and backup (MEGA), but I'd love to switch to this plugin instead for a variety of reasons.
I'm not expecting this plugin to solve this issue; I'm merely looking for any solutions for the problem (Another plugin or some self made solutions)

Maybe a plugin that selectively uploads and retrieves attachments only or something?
