Add tests to ensure proper translation of USFM tables

I think we can assume that if there is a table, we want it translated, cell by cell. We need to confirm that the pretranslations get sent off and that they show back up in the USFM when being created.

If the table cells contain verse text, it will get translated. I can't remember what happens if they contain non-verse text.
