spandsp defines and v18_init() function has changed since d9681c3747f

Some defines used in mod_spandsp_dsp.c have been renamed, and the v18_init() function now has two extra parameters

A very simple patch will be linked to this ticket, feel free to use that.

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a simple way to determine which version of v18.h is being linked against, so for public consumption it may require more fine tuning.
