[DOC] - Update Calling API REST spec with `status_url` and `status_events`

status_url and status_events - looks like when the rtc team added it they did not update the docs. But the implementation is here https://github.com/signalwire/cloud-product/issues/8698 and the docs ticket that I found was here.

Linked ticket seems to be related to Calling API, making sure this change also reflects on the SWML connect method.

@briankwest Would you like to deprecate call_state_url & call_state_events or completely replace them with status_url & status_events?

Seems to need more investigation. This ticket does not include any changes to SWML, but is instead changes to the Calling API REST spec.
