[FEATURE REQUEST] - Add dark mode to Steps component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not an emergency, but the dark mode background has some issues with the static color circle we draw to create the border around the step number circle.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Restyle border number circle to avoid blue halo effect
• Make number circles and lines white instead of gray

Also improve mobile view
