Could someone help me understand how a Tracking Session can "allow for efficient workspace switching?"

I see this mentioned on the (Chrome) extension page but it's not clear to me how you could use a Tracking Session to rapidly switch between 'workspaces,' which I assume are something like a 'session' or 'grouping' of tabs.

I have been experimenting with Tablerone the last few days and they seem to have nailed this functionality, although that extension unfortunately is not OSS and is also somewhat slow. Would be fantastic if TSM provides this and it certainly seems implied, but not sure how to do it.

Also, it looks like the UI allows marking of more than one session as Tracking; is this intentional or is it a bug?
