My wife's aware of this and will do everything in her power get me to spend money. So my wife and I go looking for some sort of metal locker thing that she feels would be good for holding yoga mats in for our paying clients. Regardless they don't have it and the product has been discontinued. She gets very upset because it was the perfect price and size for what we needed at our studio. Everything else appears to pricy/big for what we want to use it for so I decline on most items she wants to use instead.</p>\n\n<p>So we continue our journey through the bowls of IKEA with her being really upset over those lockers. So I cave and say yes to various products that are un-nessarry in my mind but whatever. We buy some condolence items, new bed sheets, batteries, candles and some other odds and ends like a can opener.</p>\n\n<p>I must mention at this point I'm getting pretty tired because its 12:00pm and I work tonight at 12:00am for the overnight shift. We head home and obviously the first thing we are going to do is change the bed sheets. So I strip the bed and get curious FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT REASON about whats between the mattress and the foam topper. Theirs a tearing sound as I lift drawing mine and my wife's attention to my wife's horror a blood red stain. It literally looks like someone was murder on that side of the bed and the foam top was just flipped to cover it up. The odd thing is that their is no odor of piss or blood.</p>\n\n<p>Thats because it wasn't a stain it was mold. Mold that had grown from the sweat that was created by our bodies sweat and god knows what else. I should explain that we used an electric blanket during the winter months in order to turn off/set low the heat in our house. I would wake up every night before work drenched in sweat, and she stated that every morning she would wake in the same state as well. We never really turned off the blanket because someone would always be going to bed soon. So now because we went to IKEA we are obviously getting a new bed. I will provide pictures of this shit when I get home in the morning if the bed is not already gone. Not to mentioned it ruined what was going to be the last session of sex before the monthly drought set in (I can tell because she got emotional over fucking locker case things).</p>\n\n<p>TLDR: Went to IKEA, got bed sheets, bed has mold, now have to get new bed and sleep in living room with no daylight blocking stuff. Now that I've graduated, they've agreed to bring me on full time through a program where I will start off at a lower starting salary relative to comparable starting salaries in my field. The starting is 46k, and every 6 months for 2 years I will be getting a guaranteed raise of up to 12% (3 times total). After the 2 years, I will get bumped up out of the program at a set normal salary of around 70k. </p>\n\n<p>Since I just graduated, some funds set aside from my parents are available to me, around 36k. They want me to use this for a down payment.</p>\n\n<p>For a while now I've been wanting to buy a house as soon as possible. The price range for a house that I want is around 175k to 200k. At my new salary, I could afford the monthly payment, especially since I have the 36k to put down and will be getting consistent raises. I haven't been pre-approved yet, but I'm thinking about doing that sometime this month. I know that the loan processor will want to see my credit rating, bank statements, salary, etc. I'm a little weary on doing that right now, since I literally JUST started at my new salary of 46k, and I haven't actually gotten any pay stubs yet, and won't get any until the end of June (I get paid biweekly, and they are 2 weeks delayed from when I actually worked).
