Add more fragmentation types

Hello,

I observed some abundant fragment ions (x or z ions) exhibited neutral loss such as - CO2, how could I add "x -CO2" and "z -CO2" in the fragmentation types? Thank you.

I guess the adducts argument could fit:

readTopDownFiles(
    ..., 
    adducts = data.frame(mass=c(-44, -44), name = ("xmCO2", "zmCO2"), to=c("x", "z")),
    ...
)
