Opcode Support Table Data File

The table is created from a YAML data file, cross referenced with the sfzformat data file.
In order to add new opcodes to it, they should be inserted in one of two sections:
the categories one for opcodes that are not included in the sfzformat data file, say some new undocumented sfizz extensions; otherwise in the opcodes section below.
If the opcode support is not completed or not yet in a released version of sfizz, it must be set as work in progress, by adding a support: "wip" value key pair to it.
