For tutors, give them an option in the profile menu to disallow students to book lessons with them

In the edit profile page, we should give tutors a setting option where they can block lesson requests from students. This will make it so only tutors can have the ability to schedule or reschedule lessons

Side note: we should make distinct preferences and edit profile pages

@Nppatel97 I must've missed this issue, but we should add this settings option to the settings page too. I should be able to add it myself by just copying the layout of your code so I'll do this.

Pushed to V1.1 to reduce work for V1.0

Moving this to UVR until we finish updating the availability system for V1.1, then we can add more things to V1.1 including this one if we finish our issues quickly enough.
