Add menu option to increase the app text size

Description

One menu option for Scribe applications that we've yet to implement is the Increase app text size option as seen in the designs on Figma. It would be great if we could add this to the settings.

We'd want the following:

• The menu option using the Scrine-i18n strings
  • i18n.app.settings.menu.increase_text_size
  • i18n.app.settings.menu.increase_text_size_description
• The default selection should be off
• When switched on the app text sizes should all be changed to 1.25x their current size
