[days of the week/month] Next Sunday at 5am, Past Friday at 22h

These are the most intuitive ways of describing time, but yet the library can't parse these. is there any way we could implement these in the future ?

[next/past] [dayName] at [time]
and
[dayNum/dayName] of the [next/past] [week/month/MonthName] at [time]

Examples:
monday of the next month at noon
1st monday of the past month at 4pm
2nd sunday of the past month at 20h:33
next wednesday at 2 pm
past sunday at 5 am
